Easy tuna pasta gratin

Easy tuna pasta gratin
Quick and tasty dinner with this tuna pasta gratin…
Today, here is a tuna pasta gratin recipe. It is a family dish that has only advantages, because it is easy, fast, and inexpensive!
I love all-in-one recipes, and of course the pasta gratins are part of it. Besides, I try to cook this kind of dish more often, because they are easy and practical to prepare. Hop! we put everything in the oven, and we can go and take care of it elsewhere, while the gratin cooks quietly.
In any case, we all enjoyed this delicious tuna gratin, served with green salad. The gratin is not dry at all, quite soft on the contrary, and my children appreciated that the taste of the tuna was not too pronounced.

Au gratin Tuna

Ingredients for 4-5 people
- 1 portion of cooked pasta for 4 people (cook 400 g of dry pasta)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 4 dl of light liquid cream
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 cans of tuna in water
- 1 small can of corn

Preparation of the recipe
1- Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Butter or oil a baking dish.

2- Drain the tuna well (I press it with my hands to remove as much water as possible). Peel and mince the onion.

3- Heat the oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the sliced onions, and sauté for 7-8 minutes without letting them burn. Then add the cream, mustard, tuna, drained corn, half of the grated cheese. Salt and pepper. Mix, then remove the pan from the heat.

4- Place the cooked and drained pasta in the gratin dish. Pour on the previous preparation (creamy tuna sauce), and mix gently. Sprinkle the dish with the rest of the grated cheese.

5- Bake in the hot oven for about 30 minutes, until the gratin has a nice golden color.
